Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 July 2026

This policy explains what happens to information connected with this website and with client engagements. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who this is

Aidman Ads is the trading name of Andrew Aidman, an individual operating as a sole proprietor, providing paid media and growth consulting services. Contact: andrew.aidman@gmail.com.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site is a single static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and has no forms. Nothing you do here is logged or stored by me.

The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operational purposes. That is the hosting provider's processing, not mine, and I do not access or analyse it.

If analytics or a tracking pixel is ever added to this site, this section will be updated before it goes live, not after.

Client data during an engagement

Consulting work usually means being granted access to systems a client already owns: advertising accounts, CRM or automation platforms, payment processors, analytics, and exports drawn from them.

Clients remain the controller of their customers' personal data. My role is that of a processor acting on their instructions, and specific handling terms are set out in the written agreement for each engagement.

Third parties involved

How long things are kept

Correspondence is retained while a relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and tax purposes. Client system access is relinquished when an engagement ends, at the client's request, or when it is no longer needed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Email me and I will action it. There is no formal process here because there is very little data, and you are dealing with one person rather than a department.

Children

These are business services, not intended for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes will not be applied retroactively to information already collected.
